It is only possible to purchase a physical item within Europe.
Subject to price changes, typographical errors and pricing mistakes. All prices are including VAT unless otherwise stated.
Order process
We start making your order as soon as we receive your order and payment. If we have not receive your payment, we will not start making your order.
Order changes
If you want to change your order or want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. Once we start making your order and extra costs will be made, the costs will be forwarded to the customer.
Process time
Making a handmade item requires time.
We call it the process time. Every handmade piece has its own process time.
You can find the process time at the same page you order from.
The process time is an indication.
This means the process time can be longer due to supply problems of the materials or other unforeseen circumstances. If the process time will be longer than the indicated time, we will contact you.
Shipping
When your handmade order is ready to ship you will receive personal shipping details.
We depend on the address information provided by the customer. If we have questions about the address we will contact you. If we have an incorrect address we are not able to ship your order. We will ship your order as soon as we have received a correct address.
The shipping time depends on the delivery time of the delivery service.
Beyond Crochet Atelier is not responsible for any delays by the delivery service.
Withdrawel/return policy
Once the package has been received by the customer, the customer has 14 days to withdraw their order. The customer is obligated to return the package. The customer has to contact Beyond Crochet Atelier when they want to cancel their order. Beyond Crochet Atelier will give you information about shipping your return. The costs of return are being paid by the customer.
Once your return has been received at Beyond Crochet Atelier and the item is undamaged, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.
As soon as the product is received damaged due to neglect of the customer, a calculation is made of the extent of the damage and the costs are forwarded to the customer. This can be the entire purchase price or part of it.
Obligations of the customer during withdrawel period
During the withdrawal period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The customer will only unpack or use the product to the necessary extent to determine the nature of the product.
The basic principle here is that the customer may only handle and inspect the product as they would in a store.
The customer is only liable for any damage in value of the product that is the result of handling the product that goes beyond what is permitted.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Beyond Crochet Atelier until the moment of delivery to the customer.
If the package you received is damaged please let us know the extent of the damage through pictures and we will find a solution together.
Safety
Please keep the handmade items away from children and animals.
