In which countries can I order a physical handmade crochet item?
We ship throughout whole Europe. Our prices include shipping costs.

How does made to order work?
The process of making your crochet piece starts when we receive your order.
After we have received your order the crochet item will be handmade specially for you.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Making a handmade item requires time.
We call it the process time. Every handmade piece has its own process time.
You can find the process time at the same page you order from.

The process time is an indication.
This means the process time can be longer due to supply problems of the materials or other unforeseen circumstances. If the process time will be longer than the indicated time, we will contact you.

How do I take care of my handmade crochet items?
